Kids Activities

SAT, SEPT 17 - SUN, SEPT 18, 2016

Games, crafts and activities for kids can be found on both ends of the Festival grounds throughout the weekend.

Grafelman Park

On both Saturday and Sunday, The Early Education Station will offer Kids Games & Activities just west of the Tennis Courts at Grafelman Park, near the corner of Washington and Fourth Streets in West Dundee. Games and crafts for early learners will work both fine and large motor skills.

On Saturday, get active with kids fitness classes & demonstrations throughout the day - Check out the Fitness page for details.

On Sunday, the Dundee Township Park District will host fall favorites - Penny in a Haystack and Scarecrow Decorating - just east of the tennis courts. For Penny in a Haystack, kids are split into age groups to search the haystack for trinkets, candy, gift certificates or even coins. Build your very own Scarecrow to decorate for fall.

The Depot

Kids Games & Activities will be available on the north side of The Depot in East Dundee, including game stations, art stations and more.

Kids and adults alike can also enjoy a ride on a trackless train along Railroad Street by the Caboose.
