To kick off Heritage Fest in style, the Village of West Dundee has contracted with Elgin-based pyrotechnics expert "Mad Bomber" to set off a fantastic 30 minute fireworks display along the Riverwalk on Friday night.
Fireworks are set off from the footbridge that connects West Dundee and East Dundee, with easy viewing from the festival's main tent area Downtown as well as from Lincoln Avenue and the Main Street (Route 72) bridge.
Whether you come out early, stay late or join the fun for the entire evening, take the time to watch the fireworks as they reflect off the Fox River.
